So far I think you have a nice product but it feels like server is a bit struggling with portal in general, it’s difficult to properly investigate cases as it ends up in a timeout error most of the time.

As you aware the services is provided for free at the moment so we are typically conservative with the deployed resources. We are monitoring the utilization and from the data, we should able to provided a better user experience once we goes into commercial.
